You can’t be a leader if you don’t have a team. It starts with the team, not you. To be a great leader, take the time to find out your team’s strengths, passions and goals. Then use this information to guide them towards action. Work with them, not against them. When they trust that you understand them and want good things for them, they’ll do great things for you.
